Firescatters supports deposits by card, e-wallets and crypto, but the payout route is narrower. Withdrawals clear to Skrill, Neteller or bank transfer only, and large amounts need extra checks. Processing takes up to 36 hours, extended to 72 hours for requests above €1,000.
What you can pay with
The operator accepts MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, 1Click payments and paid SMS via mobile networks for deposits. MasterCard cannot receive payouts – you must choose an alternative method for withdrawals.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| MasterCard | Yes | No |
| Skrill | Yes | Yes |
| Neteller | Yes | Yes |
| Bitcoin | Yes | Not stated |
| Bank Transfer | Not stated | Yes |
| 1Click | Yes | Not stated |
| Paid SMS | Yes | No |
SMS deposits made using SMS loans with a negative balance are forbidden and result in account blocking and fund confiscation. Bank transfer charges are covered by the receiver.
Getting money out
You must have made at least one successful deposit in the last 30 days before creating a withdrawal request. Only one withdrawal request is permitted at a time, and funds must be withdrawn to the same payment system used for the deposit.
Large payouts to Skrill and Neteller are discussed individually with the operator. Follow these steps:
- Log in and open the cashier section.
- Select the withdrawal method – Skrill, Neteller or Bank Transfer.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Submit the request and wait for verification to complete if it is your first payout.
How long it takes
Withdrawal requests may be reviewed within 36 hours. Requests exceeding €1,000 require additional verification of gaming transactions for a period not exceeding 72 hours.
The actual time money reaches your account depends on the method and the payment provider processing it. Weekends and bank holidays add further delays to bank transfers.
Fees and limits
The operator charges a 20% commission on the withdrawal amount if the deposited funds were not involved in the game. For games in the Live Dealers, Video Poker, Tables and Other sections, the minimum required amount of bets to avoid this fee is three times the deposit amount.
| Limit | USD/EUR | RUB |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | 2,000 | 150,000 |
| Weekly | 10,000 | 700,000 |
| Monthly | 40,000 | 3,000,000 |
The monthly ceiling sits below what daily withdrawals would sum to over 30 days, so it acts as a hard cap. If your account is not logged into for 180 days, it becomes inactive and a €5 administration fee is deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero.
Verification
Withdrawals of more than €1,000 require an identification procedure. You must provide a copy or digital photo of a passport or ID card, and a utility bill to confirm your address – mobile service bills are not accepted.
If you deposited via plastic card, copies of the front and back must be provided, with the first six and last four digits visible and the CVV2 hidden. The operator may also request a selfie with your document, conduct electronic checks via third-party databases, or verify you verbally by phone call.
In some cases you will be asked for a source of wealth declaration and supporting documentation, including bank statements and payslips. The operator monitors for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), including individuals high on the executive ladder, those with access to public funds, their family members and close associates.
When a payout is late or refused
The usual reasons are incomplete verification, a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the deposit method, or a bonus still active on the account. The operator's support team is the only place that can act – reach them at the contact address given on the site, and have your transaction date, amount and method ready.
Investigations into suspected violations or prohibited software use can freeze account functionality for up to 75 days. During this period withdrawals are paused until the review concludes.
